Job Description

• Develop data-driven collection plans, monthly recovery targets, and operational strategies.

• Forecast cash inflow, roll-rates, and No-Performing Loans (NPL) using statical models.

• Segment debtor portofolios and allocate account strategically across internal and external collection teams.

• Conduct capacity planning and workload analysis to optimize collector productivity

• Design and maintain analytical dashboards (e.g., Power BI/Tableau) to track daily operational performance.

• identify bottlenecks in the collection lifecycle and recommend automated or process-driven solution.

Job Requirement

• Candidate at least must have Bachelor Degree major in Accounting/Finance/Mathematic/equivalent.

• At least 1-2 years experience (preferably specialized in financing company)

• Fluent in English, Speaking & Writing

• Advance Level in operating Ms. Office (especially Ms. Excel)

• Placement at Pangeran Jayakarta - Central Jakarta (Head Office)
